Fitbit Charge 2 heart rate is so off

Is FITBIT working on improving HR reading on H* devices, currently it is very inaccurate.  I wear a POLAR HR sensor chest belt when I do Gym, and I know how off the Fitbit is.

@KD-Chantilly It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 heart rate readings aren't accurate. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
