I just ran a half marathon and my Fitbit charge 2 tracked 24.5km which is 3.4km more than a half marathon at 21.1km. This is a big discrepancy as it really threw out my time and training leading up to the race. I thought GPS is supposed to be quite accurate? Has anyone had the same issue?

This is BS. The product used to work perfectly with the connected GPS feature. It almost seems as if Fitbit is doing this on purpose. Will not buy another device from Fitbit.

I have tried all the troubleshooting before posting my first post. Nothing has worked. I now use another app that has a closer distance calculation to race courses.
Very disappointed with fitbit considering the price paid for the watch.
