@Pawillia, welcome! It's good that the community is growing!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 battery life. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your suggestion. I tried cleaning it two times, plugging it in afterwards. It showed fully charged, but immediately started losing charge as soon as it was unplugged. Sooo....I looked closer and found that the back was cracked corner to corner!  Can that be replaced? Thanks for your help!PaulaSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

My Charge 2 is doing the same! I have tried all the troubleshooting tips but everytime I charge it, it turns off again after about 5-10 minutes! I think there may be a slight crack accross the HR sensor but I had no problems with that working, it just won't hold power.
