Fitbit Charge 2 new sleep stages display

fitbit charge 2: since moving to the paid version of the app, original sleep stages which includes 'last night, 30 day and benchmark' is no longer available and is replaced with the three displays which it would seem are the things which determine the sleep score, namely: Time Asleep, Deep and REM and Restoration. The sleep score is displayed at the top of the screen in a round circle.  My wife's phone is the same model as mine and her display does not have this problem. I have uninstalled and re-installed the Charge 2 app but this does not correct the problem.
