Bought this Fitbit yesterday. I've set it up using my pc. Would like to connect to phone. The pc is not syncing with the phone. Error Message onoapp come up asking to turn on Bluetooth which is turned on. I've checked compatibility and it's listed. It's a Honor 6 X . IvI' tried uninstalling app, turned phone off and on, turn bluetooth on off, fully charged watch,

The reason why your tracker is not syncing/pairing with your Huawei Honor 6X is due to this devices is not compatible with the Fitbit app. In the list you'll find the Honor 6 and 6 Plus, but not the 6X.
This means that our Android team has not yet tested them for compatibility and added them to the list what means that we don't have a estimated date on when they will be added. If the device supports BLE (AKA Bluetooth 4.0), that would be an explanation why you could be able to setup and sync your Charge 2 with the Honor 6X. Therefore, you can try the tips on the following help article: Synchronization troubleshoot or set up troubleshoot.
Note that we don't guarantee that the synchronization would be will be successful as we are still testing on this phone model.
If setup does not work, I recommend setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or keep using the computer you used for the initial set up. Our Android team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates!
My sister owns a Huawei which is not yet a supported device, but she has tried the following (which I think won't hurt if you try that as well):
1. Your phone must not be set to "visible for other devices"
2. Your phone must not be "searching for other devices"
If either of these two things are active, the Fitbit cannot connect.
In other words, you have to set it to invisible, and you have to click the stop button if it is searching for devices. So, Bluetooth should be on, but not doing anything at all in the Bluetooth menu. Then force quit the Fitbit app and it'll sync. At least it has done with my sister's phone for over a month or so.
If you're able to connect your phone to your tracker but you keep having syncing issues, keep in mind that this will be due to the incompatibility of the phone. What means that the functionalities have a chance to work if you try some troubleshooting steps, I'd suggest following these steps:
If the previous steps does not work, don't forget that this is due to the incompability of your Honor 6X.

So, its finalized that fitbit won't support honor 6x in their lifetime???

I think the problem is that this phone has been out for some time, and the people on this forum don't understand why after a year and a half, this phone has not been added to Fitbit's supported devices. 40 million of these phones have been sold, and your excuse of - "Our software engineers haven't been able to test compatability", is not doing it for the community. It's obvious that testing is not the problem. The problem is that the phones don't sync to the Charge 2. I have been able to sync randomly at times, and then it stops, so obviously the capability is there, but unreliable. People want to understand why Fitbit can't work through these problems.
The people on this forum don't want to hear that it's not a supported device, and that's why it isn't working. We understand that. Either give us a timeline for getting this device supported, or tell us that it's not going to be supported so that we can make a decision.

It seems like Fitbit have no intentions to support Honor 6x and complaining to them is like getting predefined answers from a list. "Our engineers are working on this" is their default case for everything.

Yes. But this is a simple matter of priorities and informing your customers. I won't accept that Fitbit doesn't have a plan for onboarding devices for their fitness trackers that they are working against. They know which ones they are planning to incorporate into their compatible device list and which ones they are not. I just want an answer either way so that I can make a decision, as does everyone else who posts on this topic.

Which is it? Have you not tested it for compatibility OR are you still testing the Honor 6x? I have had 2 previous Fitbits that worked with my Honor 5x and Honor 6x (both are incompatible/unsupported). Last night I brought home a Charge 2. It syncs with my Honor 5x (unsupported/incompatible) and my Windows Phone (unsupported/incompatible) but will not sync with my Honor 6x (unsupported/incompatible). I have:
Regardless what I do, the app does not find the tracker on my Honor 6x. So many responses in these forums say that FitBit is working to test Honor 6x and add it to the compatible list, however it has not been added to the compatible list.
I didn't have to buy another FitBit product because I have a perfectly good Garmin watch. The sync works perfectly with my phone. I'm not sure what it will take for FitBit to understand that we choose to purchase your products, and you choose to not support the devices. Test the Honor 6x and put it on the compatible list!!!!
Many of the threads that are marked "solved" include a solution of returning the FitBit and going with another product (your competitors). I'm not sure how FitBit finds that solution okay.

Fitbit still not working with Honor 6X. Tried several things including

I believe some updates screwed it up and Fitbit is not willing to fix it.
I also tried in Nexus 6, but it does not work with it. And it seems to only work on newer phones like iPhone 8.
