Recently my brother bought 2 Fitbit Charge 2 from a friend from US. It arrived yesterday I tried to setup it using the fitbit app on my iPhone 7 Plus. I already tried the troubleshooting method from fitbit site but no luck. My brother told me It's from a replacement which I don't understand.

Were those trackers deleted from the original accounts? If not, you can't set them up.

I already contacted support but they want us to shipped both trackers for replacement.
