Hi. I have not synced my charge 2 to my phone for quite a while and just tried it and it says’looking’. Any ideas please.

Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't syncing with your phone and for the delay in my reply. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Did you try the suggestions @SteveH shared with you? These are the usual steps to follow to resolve the issue so I wanted to know if they worked for you.
