Fitbit Charge 2 not syncing with Samsung A10

My phone wont sink with my phone,it sees it and gives me a code the serches then says try again, ive tried my brothrs tried with no success

Maybe your phone is not on the list of Approved Devices.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone. As @SunsetRunner mentioned your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Same problem with Samsung A70. I have done all the steps..nothing works. It's also not on the supported list. Maybe time to ditch it.

I have a Samsung A10 and until last week I could  use my Charge 2 quite happily. Now it wont recognize my Charge 2 and I am unable to pair it with my phone.  What's going on?

Mines the same @Ajl71 had my a10 4 weeks pair fine when I got phone. Wouldn't sync so followed everything already suggest to others now cant pair it.
