Fitbit Charge 2 not syncing with my phone

Not been able to sync my fit bit since Wednesday.  It tells me battery is low, it's full, and that it can't find my device. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. Any ideas ?????

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

@Nichola_Gaffney Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. Adding to the post above, I also recommend making sure that your Fitbit device is still paired. 

 

If not, please add it back to your Fitbit account by following the steps in these help articles: How do I set up my Fitbit device?Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
