I purchased my Fitbit Charge 2 on 5/13/18 (Amazon) and love it.  Unfortunately I cant get the screen to come on at all now.  I have tried the reset instructions and even brought it in to work to try someone else's charger.  My home charger is fine so it wasn't that.  I like the Charge 2 and would just like to get this one to work.  Where do I go from here?

@jnyeater Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't turning on. Try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves.
