Fitbit Charge 2 not turning on

Hi everyone just got a fibit charge 2 a month ago.... it was second hand... all ttheough the time it works properly then the other day i charged it and forgot it in charge or 24 hrs. Now its said to my android app that its fully charged but i cant turn it on. No vibration and no display. But the blue color that blinks at the back is functioning... what will i do... tried to reset it many times alread

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Blueasul25. Thank you for letting us know that you tried resetting your Charge 2 in order to turn its display on.

Please confirm that you've followed these steps to restart your Charge 2:

Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.

2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
