Fitbit Charge 2 notifications not working on iPhone SE

Hello all. I have not had my notifications working for a while now. I have spent several hours researching and reading help from the community. I’ve re-synced and I’ve even removed my iPhone SE and re-added it and I checked all the iPhone notifications and everything seems to be set up fine and Bluetooth is paired or connected to my fitbit Charge 2, yet I do not get notifications. Is there a fix for this? I do not want to buy another Fitbit if this might be what happens again, so I hope there is some known issue that can be fixed in an update. Thanks.

@SunsetRunner, welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks. I have already done this step and my watch does sync but does not give me notifications even though they are enabled in the phone and on the actual fitbit and as noted on the dashboard. I think something has been wrong for months with this. I hope we can make it work.

‘Anything that can go right, will.” Seen on a bumper sticker - neat, huh!
