I'd just like you to know how are you tracking your exercise, are you using the "connected GPS" feature? If you are using this feature, please check out this help article, which explains why the GPS is not working on your tracker.
As a side note, I'd like to share this help page, this explains how you can track your exercises. Please make sure that you are following the correct procedure.
