Fitbit Charge 2 reminders to move not working

My fit bit has stopped telling me to move at ten to the hour ?not sure how to change thanks .

I haven’t been able o get into my fit bit since Wed I’ve tried everything . It says I need internet or ssl error any ideas ? Thanks

Sorry I’m not too sure what that means ...I have an iPhone 6s and I’m connecting to my WiFi ..hope this helps thanks

  • Are you getting the error message on your phone or on your Fitbit?
  • When do you get that error message? What are you trying to do when it shows up?

Hello thanks for your message I only get these errors on my iPhone ..Can’t see anything on my phone ...except what’s on today steps stairs etc ...

Thanks for reaching out with those details.

 

If you do not mind, I'd like to ask you to share a screenshot of the error message.

 

In the meantime I'd recommend that you try to log out of your account, restart your iPhone and then log back into your account. That should help so that it starts loading properly once again.

Just tried my phone to send you the error code and it has just com back on since last Tuesday .Ive looked twice today so great back on track .
