Does anybody know why when I run for example 5k my fitbit charge 2 only shows 4.17k I know I'm running 5k as its a measured 5k parkrun?

I’m having similar problems and am testing my charge 2 with a different phone today. I’ve tried every other trick I’ve read on this forum, same inaccurate distances captured. May I ask: when you run have you noticed the attached symbol in the upper corner of your watch?
