Fitbit Charge 2 screen is frozen

Screen displaying time, date and steps is frozen.  Tried to reset but didn’t work.

Thank you for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Charge 2 before contacting us.

 

In addition to the restart, please try to change the clock face of your Tracker.

 

Whether you continue having difficulties, you can set up your Charge 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1635360150134.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
