Fitbit Charge 2 turned off and won't turn on.

It started with strange behavior the day before. Not reacting to pressing the button or tapping to turn on. It also did not allow synchronization. On the screen I see the message 22.58.00. After that it did not turn on again.

I have also tried holding the button down for 4 seconds and for 15 seconds.

The charger is in good condition.

What are my options?
