Fitbit Charge 2 won’t connect to Bluetooth

I’ve had my Fitbit charge 2 for about 4 years and I use it all the time and never had a problem before!

About a week ago my Fitbit stopped syncing, and I noticed it was disconnected from Bluetooth so I tried to connect it and it wouldn’t work again, I tried “forget device” on my phone and now my Bluetooth can’t find the Fitbit at all.

Any idea what I can try to fix this problem???

@Michelle1992, welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Please try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.
