@CadenPow thank you for the reply.

As mentioned before this isn't a problem, it is just that the platform isn't supported by Fitbit. Some users running mainstream Linux distros have had luck using Galileo to install the Fitbit software but even Chromebooks differ from these distros and since they aren't officially supported there isn't much we can do. You could try searching on Linux forums or even the Chromebook communities. You don't need to buy anything and this isn't what I am saying but If you have a mobile device (phone or tablet running Android or iOS) you could use it to setup and sync your device. You can find setup instructions here and sync instructions here.

I'll be around.

@CadenPow Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your Chromebook. Fitbit devices don't sync with Chromebooks. You will need a Windows 10 or Mac PC or an Android or iOS device. You can read more about requirements here.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Alvaro,

There is absolutely no way I can sync it on my Chromebook? I use to have a Windows 10 PC, but I got rid of it because it was very slow. Will it change anything if I download the Fitbit app from the Windows Store instead of Google Play? Is Fitbit coming up with a solution? Clearly, I can't buy another device.

Thank you,

Caden
