Fitbit Charge 2 won't sync with IPhone X. Tried all the possibilities I found on the internet, but without success. Need help.

I have the same problem with a motorola G5s. I even tried deleting the device from my app and reconnecting but he doesn't want to connect even though he finds my device. I am desperate, send help pls

Hi Wildwoman, I solved the problem by reconnecting the Charger2 to my "old" telephone. Then I went to the Appstore to find the Fitbitapp for my new telephone. Than I removed the account on my old telephone and connected the charge2 to my new telephone. My problem is solved. Maybe this information helps to solve your problem to. Wish you success!
