my fitbit recently stopped syncing with my iphone but it syncs fine with my ipad. my phone's bluetooth is working fine with all other devices. I turned bluetooth on and off. I restarted my iphone and my watch. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I removed the device from my account then reconnected it but had to on the ipad since the iphone doesn't see it. nothing I try has worked and it is very strange since it connects fine to my ipad and works normally with the ipad.

Hi @swarmingMeryt . Good trouble shooting! But one thing to check - what iOS are your iPad and iPhone on? Fitbit needs it to be 10 or higher.

@swarmingMeryt Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your iPhone and thank you for all the information you have provided. If both devices are near then they may be cause interference with each other. Also if one has been used for notifications it will take the priority when syncing. Lets start by refreshing the link between both the iPad and iPhone with the Charge 2 by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device.
@SunsetRunner thank you for your help here.
Let me know how it goes.

ok I did that. turned off one device while checking the other so there would be no interference and still the same problem. Ipad sees watch and Iphone doesn't see the watch. It is very weird because the watch seems to work fine with the ipad and the phone seems to have perfectly working bluetooth with all other devices. The phone and watch only won't work with each other. My spouse is a techy although with a web browser and software programming but he has done tech support and things earlier in his career and this problem just doesn't make sense. It works fine with the ipad at least. I could try it later with my husbands phone which is same model as mine and see if it can connect to my watch. It sees his watch but he has a blaze. this doesn't make sense.
