My husbands Fitbit Charge 2 will not stay charged. It charges to full but then 5 mins later its totally dead. Very frustrating as I recommended Fitbit to him and other family members, I work for a mobile network and sell Fitbit so Im a bit embarrassed. He's had it just under 2 years so it will be out of warranty but I just don't feel it should just stop working suddenly for no apparent reason after this period of time. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem before I buy him a Samsung watch instead?
I've already put the charger on it and pushed the button until it shows some message but this hasn't worked 😞

@Isadorabelle Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your husband's tracker isn't holding its charge. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
