Hello. I recently bought a Fitbit Charge 3 device and when first I use it, it’s working fine with the notifications and everthing, call also working fine. But today, 3 days after I bought it, it’s begins to fail when calling somebody. No sound and the person on the other end of the line can’t hear me either. It’s seem like to turning on and off speaker mode by itself too.
No sound in speaker mode. I had been searching on the internet, in your community, none of them help, I had tried to reboot, reset, re-anything and when I removed Charge 3 from the phone, the problem still exist unless I reboot my phone. I don’t know what cause this problem, but for now I can only using it as a regulary digital watch.
PS. It’s seem like the phone thought that the fitnesstracker was a car or something, then it won’t playsound og record voices from the phone anymore and Charge 3 don’t have a microphone or a speaker to fullfill that task.
All in all, a great device, if there is no problem with calling somebody ☺️
