Hi There,
My fitbit charge display stopped working suddenly. I usually keep my fitbit on while taking shower. It never happened before but couple of days back the display stopped working.
I tried some troubleshooting by pressing the buttons, switching it on/off but that hasn't worked.
I thought of continue to use it as a band but it's giving wrong heart rate reading. Even if I am sitting, it's giving me a heart rate reading as if I am exercising.
Fitbit's are supposed to be water proof, I don't know why the screen has gone off and why the wrong readings.
Could anyone please suggest how I can get this problem fixed?
Thanks

Thanks @EdsonFitbit for responding.
I have tried it but my display is completely dead. I am not able to see anything on the screen.
Turning on and off hasn't work.
Could you please suggest what are the available options do I have? Can I send it to fitbit to have a look and repair?
I was not really expecting my watch to go dead like this. Water proof does mean that it should be able to stand a shower.
Please suggest.
Thanks!

Having same problem recently....it's intermittent and I never expose to water. It will go dim and then not work at all, even when fully charged. Anyone know what the problem is?

Thanks @EdsonFitbit ,
I chatted with support team, they helped. I am happy and getting a new watch which I will receive tomorrow.
The watch is dispatched from Netherlands, I hope I don't have to pay custom on it in UK as after Brexit something have changed.
Cheers!

I have the same issue. I have rebooted, on into the settings turned heart rate off, waited and turned off, I have rebooted and still No heart rate monitor. Also, I left on charger overnight and never charges fully. Why?
