Fitbit Charge 3 Lines Appearing On The Display

My device has not been clear to read for the last week, it has lines appearing through the text. Now, tonight it's started vibrating through every screen and I can't get it to stop. I've put it into its charger and done a reboot, but it has not helped. This is now the third device I've had that, as soon as the guarantee is up or, in this case about to be up, (12 months tomorrow since I received it), it breaks down. Please can anyone help?
