Fitbit Charge 3 STILL has blank screen

Hi - my fitbit charge 3 screen went blank. It stills syncs, and vibrates but does not do anything on the screen. I have trawled the forums and spoken to fitbit so I have ALREADY tried the reboot options etc etc... multiple times,  but I still have a blank screen. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance

For me the sync doesn't work and hasn't worked since Sept 2019. Fitbit app shows the device is fully charged but it doesn't change the clock face when I attempted to do so and the reset doesn't do anything either. I am really amazed that after so many customer's had the same issue that they did not issue a recall. Other industries have recalls for safety sake but here they should do it for customer satisfaction sake.
