Good Morning,

My Fitbit 3 screen is very dim and when I tap the screen it will not open. If I hit the button on the side, the screen appears. I tried to reboot it and followed the instructions from another post for rebooting but the problem continues. Please advise!

Thank you. I solved the problem and it is working okay now. I changed the
clock face and that seems to have worked.
