Hello Everyone
I am new to this and i have a few clarifications. Please note I am doing this on someones behalf.
1) How can I find the warranty period for fitbit charge 3? What details do I need and where can I go to claim it.
2) If the belt for fitbit charge 3 is broken where can i get it replaced. Is there an authorized reseller of fitbit charge 3 in Fiji?

Let me help you with your warranty inquiries.
1.- As @Odyssey13 said you can find the details about your warranty in the Warranty page. The details you need to provide are requested by our Support team so you will need to reach out to them (via the contact page already provided by @Odyssey13 ).
2.- Yes the band is covered by the warranty but you will need to reach out to our Support team. The authorized retailers show the ones for areas were Fitbit sell its devices. Did you buy the tracker in Fiji or in a different country? This is something you wish to mention to our Support team.

I had the band replaced in August 2019 after the band broke in less than 8 months. Now the new band is broken AGAIN in the same spot. They will not warranty it because its over the year. The band itself is not a year old. I feel that the Charge 3 bands have a flaw and this should be addressed.

I have the same problem.
2 bands in a little over 12 months.
Local electrical retailer here in Adelaide said they are being replaced free
because so many are breaking.
Would like to know what is the deal with this.
