Hi, Roughly a year and four months ago, I purchased a fitbit charge 3. Now, just one small wrist gesture causes the band to come off on one end. I have other wristbands, and tried using them, but the problem still occurs with other wristbands. I saw on other posts suggestions to clean gunk from the ends of the metal piece containing the hardware, and that also has not fixed anything. Is there anything else that I could try?
Thanks
