Absolutely  amazing  that this issues continues and now it's on my doorstep.I changed my clock face and now nothing is working. Sleep tracking, steps and ❤rate gone. The last 5 days ive everything on this forum. Restarted long and short, cleared data, removed account...added account and unistall everything.  Plus I also have two black lines going threw it. I've  only been using it a few months. I can't return it because  I bought it 2 years ago and never used it til now.

What should I do? Please don't reply with restart or plug my fit I to a USB and do reboots lol. They don't do anything.

Mine also stopped on Wednesday.

I fixed the heart rate and  steps by letting your fitbit run out of power and then recharge it.The lines are still there, but at I can use it again.

I hope this helps anyone else.

Nobody never contacted me about anything. I tried to plug it back in again and within a few mins it gets extremely hot.Now I have to purchase a new watch.

I tried to fix mine, but nothing really happens. Is there a way to reboot it somehow?

Not sure mine won't even turn on. The smile face pops up and then the temp rises fast and i unplug it. Hopefully I get some type of discount on a new one.
