My Fitbit Charge 3 clock is off by 4-5 minutes. I've tried going to my profile settings and change the time tomy time zone but its already correct as it is Pacific time zone. I refreshed and syneced it but my fitbit's clock is still off.

He @rawrr.  Welcome to the Fitbit forums.

Tracker should take date and time from phone, or other sync device, each time it syncs.

Other than time zone when time is off by exact number of hours, that it the only way to set the time.

You say you have synced but I suggest checking to be sure a sync really did complete.  The best way to check this is to click the Account icon near top right of phone app. Then right under your device name, it shows the last time it synced.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I have the same problem. Getting my Fitbit to sync (which is hit-and-miss whether I follow the troubleshooting steps or not) only fixes the issue for about one to three hours before it gets off by three minutes again. This has been happening for the past week at least.

For the last 2 weeks the same has been happier to me. I was even late for work once as it was 1 hour slow. Tonight it is 3 hours slow. I'm trying to sync and reboot just now. A black band has also appeared across the top of the screen.

Had nothing but issues with this and only had it 6 months.

Mine is having the same issue we did the sync and no change.  Have you found a solution?
