Fitbit Charge 3 - display not working

Hello!

 

I'm having a problem with the display on my Fitbit Charge 3. It is connected to my phone, still counting steps and everything but the display is black all the time. I tried restarting it (for 8, for 15 seconds ...), it vibrates but the display is still black. Tried changing clock faces and it also didn't work. What else can I do? Thank you for your help.

Please contact customer supporting using this link.  It sounds like the display is dead, which in my opinion is a hardware issue.

I have the exact same issue and tried also everything from this thread https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-3/Charge-3-black-screen/td-p/3059272 Nothing worked so far, soft reboot, hard reboot, changing clock faces....

Please contact customer supporting using this link.  It sounds like the display is dead, which in my opinion is a hardware issue.

I have the same issue following charging it up the other evening. I have changed the clock face and the other suggested tips, but I get no display.

The Charge 3 is barely 1 year old
