Hello!
I'm having a problem with the display on my Fitbit Charge 3. It is connected to my phone, still counting steps and everything but the display is black all the time. I tried restarting it (for 8, for 15 seconds ...), it vibrates but the display is still black. Tried changing clock faces and it also didn't work. What else can I do? Thank you for your help.

Please contact customer supporting using this link. It sounds like the display is dead, which in my opinion is a hardware issue.

I have the same issue following charging it up the other evening. I have changed the clock face and the other suggested tips, but I get no display.
The Charge 3 is barely 1 year old
