My charge 3 got wet while I was standing in a river in Colorado. The water was up to my knees (not deep at all) and I lost my footing on a rock and ended up getting half my body under water. My fitbit got splashed with the water as I tried to catch my balance and after that it hasn't worked since. This was last week during my vacation to Colorado and I took multiple hikes afterwards and the frustrating part is I didn't have my fitbit on to track any of it because of the false statement from fitbit that the charge 3 is water "resistant". Now when I try the restart modes I have read about, none work! I need help! I just want my fitbit fixed or a new one! 😩
