Fitbit Charge 3 has a black screen

Hey,

so what can I do now, first I had lines, then yesterday half a vertical screen, did the whole reset sha-bang, charging, 15 seconds pushing, and it went dead...the black screen of death.

is there finally anything to fix the screen problem? Some type of repair? Because in all honestly what has been build in it in terms of LED screen is pretty low quality.

and pls don’t tell me to hold anything for longer, because I did that! About 15 times.

Accept the fact that the screen LEDs have burned out and give me some other advice or solution pls and thank you.

Hello @Sowasvonegal. Welcome to the community forums.

I'm sorry for the experience and thank you for your help in trying to resolve this matter and for taking the time to provide your feedback. Please note that our team is always working to enhance your experience and your feedback is a big part of that process.

In regards with your questions, I'd like to let you know that we don't have a repair center and since you've followed the recommended tips in this thread and the issue has persisted, my best recommendation is that you please reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.

Note that you can contact them through the link provided in the thread or you can click here to get connected. Also, take into consideration that you can contact them through chat or over the phone, but Phone wait times are longer than normal, so I recommend initiating a chat.

In addition, please make sure to provide a brief explanation of the inconvenience and mention the troubleshooting steps you've followed, this way they can assist you from there.

See you around.
