I've had my Fitbit charge 3 since December 2019 (6 months) and within the last two months have noticed pixels dying. I've done the soft and hard resets, changed clock faces etc and nothing seems to be fixing it, and it is getting worde by the day.
Not sure how to attach a picture, but there are about 10 thin lines of dead pixels, as well as one thick black line that runs through the analog time.

Mine happened at 12 months. I need a new I guess but not sure what I want. I know I don’t want another fitbit because of so many issues.
