I have had my Fitbit for just over 1 year. It has a blank screen. When it is plugged in there is no battery symbol. I have pressed the button on the side for 10 seconds and a smiley face shows on the screen. Then nothing. It won’t sync with the phone either. I have deleted the Fitbit app on the phone and reinstalled it. This didn’t help. I have followed the steps suggested on previous threads. These have not helped. Please advise what is the next step. Thank you.
