I have a Charge 3 and I’m very happy with it. Unfortunately, some time ago, black lines appeared across the screen. Now I have 4 black lines...

I tried to reset my charge 3, but it didn’t solve the problem.
Is there something else I can try to fix this?

Having tried the restart, the next step would be to contact customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your replacement options.

I’ve had the same problem with my original and replacement Charge 3. My second Charge 3 screen comes up with a smiley face when reset. However, screen goes off within second even through it is still operating through my mobile phone. It is now out of warranty but don’t think should risk buying a replacement Fitbit.
