Fitbit Charge 3 is not a reliable product. With just 5 months of use the smartwatch stopped working completely. The support service only guides the restart steps, but did not fix the issue. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with FitBit.

Me too. I had the charge 2 for years. My charge 3 which I haven’t had very long keeps glitching when I get a text. It shut down completely

My charge 3 is 6 mo old. Screen became unreadable.  Then sleep tracking stopped as well as heart rate.

My Charge 3 failed after 9 months and was given a replacement in Mar 20 and last only 5 months. The recommendations from Customer Support is to get another fitbit device since my warranty has expired. This Charge 3 has a lot of inherent issues and should have been recalled, fitbit management seems to be in a denial state that this is a product issue. My confidence in fitbit products now has been undermined.

Similar problem with mine... my Charge 2 lasted me for years. But 3 months into my new Charge 3, it started counting a ridiculous number of stairs.
