My Fitbit charge 3 has stop working, i stopped using it for a while then found it recently put it on charge and it does not turn on, it vibrates when i put it on charge and hold down the button. I tried restarting the Fitbit by holding the button however this did not help. I can't connect it on my phone, it does not vibrate when not on charge and i don't know how to fix it. If anyone knows a solution i could use please let me know, Thank you.

Hello @Luhburgo. Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you very much for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. Seems that your Charge 3 is not charging and I'd recommend following the additional tips from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

After that, please try to perform a long restart by following the tips below:

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable.
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

Hope this helps.
