I have read through the topics in the thread but didn't see an answer that works for me with this problem.
My charge 3 will not charge either and I have cleaned the charger and the back of the fitbit. I have tried my other charge 3 charger as well as different outlets and nothing works. It was doing fine but this time it will not connect at all. Of course my warranty is out now.. any ideas very frustrating!!
