Fitbit Charge 3 is not charging

My Fitbit 3 is not responding when you hit the side button. It seems as if the side button is not working at all  I have tried to do the reset and when I put it into the charger it does not vibrate and the battery does not show on the screen. When I go into my app it cannot find the Fitbit so it is not syncing. Not sure what else to try.

Based on the information you've provided, it seems that your Charge 3 is refusing to charge, therefore; it won't sync. Thanks for your response. I ended up contacting support who ran me they everything I tried and then advised they were escalating to the warranty dept. and I would hear from them via email by the end of the day(this was Friday evening). I never heard from them and ended up having to get a new Fitbit. I did try cleaning the back and pins in the charger after your email and that did not do the trick. I appreciate your response
