Fitbit Charge 3 is stuck on a smiley face

Hi, 

My charge3 is stuck on a smiley face.

I followed all the instructions like pressing the button for 15sec.

I got the progressive bar with the 7 progressive steps and the vibrations? 

I've unplugged the device but still no working.

What can I do more or different?

Unpairing the device from. The fit bit app and set that up could be useful?
