Fitbit Charge 3 isn’t turning on

Good morning,

Just discovered that my Fitbit charger 3 watch isn’t coming up again. After abandoning same for a while, I’ve tried severally to charge it following the recommended approach, but it refuses to come up.

Please advise on what I can do.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not turning on and thank you for trying to charge. Not sure which steps you tried or if this may be a screen issue rather than a battery one so I suggest you do the following:

Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.
