Ive had my fitbit charge 3 for just over a year now and i've had all sorts of problems including broken band, display going blank and unable to get it back despite charging and resetting multiple times. I've overcome both those issues now by purchasing a new band 5 months ago and software update a month and a half ago but now my active minutes wont display in the app but will show how many steps i do, my workout week hustles also dont display any of my steps strangle so my group now believe im the laziest out of the bunch! Just getting really fed up with problem after problem.
