Fitbit Charge 3 no longer charging or working

Hello, 

My beloved Fitbit charge 3 has just given up the ghost.  It was great for over two years (a little generous on the floor count) but then completely broke after the last two charges.  

I’m getting a refurbished second hand one and would like to recycle my broken one or give it to someone for part.  Any suggestions?

Note that you can contact them through chat or over the phone and you can click here to get connected. Also, please make sure to explain the inconvenience and mention the troubleshooting steps you've followed, this way they can assist you from there. 

On a side note, in regards with your inquiry, I'd like to let you know that we currently don't have a recycle program but you can recycle Fitbit devices at an e-waste recycling facility.
