Fitbit Charge 3 not charging any more

Hi,

I'Last year I've bought my wife a Charge 3 and worked without any problem until last week.

Since then, the watch isn't charging any more.

I've tried all the guidelines in this website with no luck: cleaning, changing the USB charger, wait at least 30min, reset ... and so on.

I've also tried to use my charger cable since I've got a Charge 3 too and it works on mine... but my wife watch still remains apparently dead.

 

Is there semething more I can do to bring this Charge 3 to life again ?

This is my second charge 3 that has failed. Not a happy customer  this unit will not charge
