Hi,
My Fitbit Charge 3 hasn't been charging since the last 10 days. I keep getting notifications that say that my Fitbit battery is low even after charging it for the whole day sometimes. It's not syncing with my Fitbit app too.
Also, the screen stopped working many days back completely. Double-tap doesn't help.
Is there any resolution(s) to these 2 issues?
