My Fitbit Charge 3 is19 months old and has been acting up for the past 2 days. It's not holding its charge through the day. I went through other Q&As and changed setting on my phone and the Fitbit itself. I also cleared user data and reboot device but, nothing seems to work. I have tried different methods of charging my Fitbit as well and nothing is changing the outcome. Please let me know if there is a hidden secret I don't know about.
Thanks!

I’m having the same issue, and mines not even that old I’d say maybe a month or two at the most. I’m really disappointed with this Fitbit

I'm having this same problem, and it wouldn't keep the time, wasn't discovered by my phone. Then I had some lines thru the time like dead pixels now I can't even get the screen to wake. I hold the side button and all it does is buzz. I've tried attaching the charger and it does nothing. Also seems like there's something more going on for it to just all of a sudden totally stop working. Maybe time to look at another brand that offers better warranty

I’ve also noticed that the sensor that is topically green when on my skin now is turning red once I remove it. The Fitbit had a 50% charge when I noticed this.
