Hi, I was wondering if someone could help please. I went to update my Fitbit last night and have not been able to get it to turn on since. It’s not responding at all, I’ve tried restarting it multiple times and checked the charger was working by using my brothers but still nothing. Does this mean it is completely broken? I’ve only had it a year 😞

I have had the same thing happen. All of a sudden my Charge 3 went from being fully charged to shutting off (no vibration while holding the side down, no response at all from it). I plugged it in and it said it was at 70% then shut off again and I haven’t been able to turn it on for 3 days.
